Mark Evans is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and 12x best-selling author with over 25 years of real-world business experience. He grew up in a trailer park outside Columbus, Ohio, where financial struggle shaped his drive to build something bigger. At 18, Mark bought his first business with $2,000 and never looked back.

Over the decades, Mark has completed more than 5,000 real estate transactions, built and exited multiple companies, and founded numerous 8-figure businesses across real estate, e-commerce, media, and tech. He is the founder of Deal Maker (DM), his platform focused on high-level deal structuring, entrepreneurship, and wealth creation, and an active angel investor mentoring thousands of business owners.

Beyond business, Mark’s biggest joy is his family. He’s a proud husband and father, splitting his time between Cleveland, Ohio, and Parkland, Florida with his wife Deena and their two children, Dria and Mark III.
